How do I enroll in a course?⌄
Select your course from the Catalog, add it to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive immediate access to your learning dashboard and schedule your first live session.
Are there prerequisites for beginner courses?⌄
No prior experience is required. All levels include foundational technique workshops and tool lists sent 14 days before your start date.
What tools do I need to bring?⌄
We provide premium hand tools during all workshops. Students receive a recommended personal kit list with sourcing links upon enrollment.
How long are the classes and programs?⌄
Modules run 6–14 weeks. Live sessions are 3 hours twice weekly. Self-paced video content remains available for six months after graduation.
Do you offer certification?⌄
Yes. Every graduate receives a signed Glidelix Atelier Certificate of Mastery plus an optional digital badge for professional profiles.
Can I reschedule a live session?⌄
Up to two reschedules per module are permitted with 72 hours’ notice. Additional changes incur a $75 administrative fee.
What is your cancellation policy?⌄
Full refund possible within 7 days of purchase. After that, 50% credit toward a future cohort is offered. See Terms for full details.
Is there support after the course ends?⌄
All alumni receive lifetime access to our private community forum, monthly office hours, and a 15% discount on future modules.
Are courses available online or in-person only?⌄
Hybrid delivery is standard. Core technique modules run live at our atelier, with optional weekly Zoom review sessions for remote students.
